Our unique business model will be our key to success, with our head office in Sydney, NSW. We plan to expand operations nationally with the goal of opening offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra and Adelaide in the next three years.
We continuously refine our innovative model, and will continue to do so until it becomes adopted as the only way forward. We have a highly experienced and innovative team who consistently deliver outstanding results to meet our clients time frame and exceed their expectations across our projects in all sectors.

Meet Our Founder
At the helm, navigating our ship is CEO & Founder, Ratu. He has specialised in property development and building design for the past seven years after he purchased his first development project in Minto at the age of 25.
Throughout his career, Ratu has acquired extensive knowledge in his field and developed strong management skills, which he attributes his past and current business, and development success’ too.
Moreover, he credits his business success to his three brand promises, in which he lives by: Pre-eminence, Complete Transparency, and Return on Investment.
Ratu has personally been involved in purchasing and selling several property deals with a combined total value of over $114 million, a number which he only intends to grow as ISOA continues to evolve.
Ratu’s leading role as CEO and Development Manager is to oversee all the developments from the initial Due Diligence stage right through to the project’s completion. Such roles include: Feasibility modelling, Strategic Development and Master Planning, Project Financing and Accounting, Risk Mitigation, Marketing & Sales strategies and much more.
